Take a great walk to the beautiful Praia do Sono through the Mata Atlântica forest of the Cairuçu Environmental Preserve!

The trail takes approximately one and a half hours through the forest. On this part you can watch different types of vegetation, birds, a stop in a spring to refresh until you reach the gorgeous Praia do Sono, one of the best beaches in Paraty.    

You can opt for an optional walk to the Antigos beach, a deserted beach in the middle of a unique natural environment.

Theres is also an optional lunch stop at the beach.

This beach excursion includes a car ride to Laranjeiras complex, where the trail to Praia do Sono starts.

Please bring:

• Walking shoes or sandals fit for trekking.
• Sun screen
• Cap o Hat
• Light clothes
• Insect repellent
