Trindade is an island located in the Rio de Janeiro state in the Paraty municipality and opposite the village of Trindade, on the border between the states of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.

It is located half an hour (25 kilometers) of Paraty, in the APA Cairuçú which is part of the national park area. Trindade is inside the National park Sierra of Bocaina, which has 97,953.00 hectares of protected area.

In the Trindade region there are more than fifty beaches and some are preserved almost untouched by man. The most famous beaches are close to towns such as Brava beach, Cachadaço and Trindade.

Trindade is located 25 kilometers south of Paraty, Ubatuba limiting. The path is paved.

The jungle surrounding Trindade is preserved and the region has five of the most beautiful beaches of Paraty (Brava, Fora, Cepilho, Figueiras and Trinity), a natural saltwater pool (the Caxadaço) and waterfalls.

At the roundabout access to the Historic Center of Paraty, you must go. After 18 km, when you reach the round of the Bairro do Patrimônio, turn left on the rise in access to Trindade.
